Watch A Meta Ads Agent Get Built From Nothing In 75 Minutes, Then Take The File Home

Nothing to install and nothing to set up on your end. You watch me build a working Meta ads agent live, in my own accounts, and then I hand you the file I just made.

Live on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8. An empty folder at eight o'clock and a working agent by nine fifteen. You're not building anything that night, so there's nothing to keep up with and no way to fall behind.

60 seconds. What happens on the call, from me.

To run the file at home you'll need your own Claude planThat's twenty to a hundred dollars a month and it goes to Anthropic, not to me. I'd rather you know that now than find out after you've paid me.

You don't need an agency and you don't need a bigger ad budget. What you get is a Meta ads agent made in plain English, one instruction at a time, by somebody who ran a service business for fifteen years and has spent more than five million dollars in ad accounts since.

Here's what the ninety seven dollars buys:

The Agent File, Handed To You During The Session

meta-ads-agent.md1 of 1
The finished Meta ads agent skill file, open and readable

Not sent ahead of time and not emailed to you next week. You watch it get made from an empty folder, and then you get the file before we're done. It's written in plain English, so you can read it and swap in your own answers.

If your Tuesday goes sideways and you end up watching the replay instead, the file comes with it. You paid for it either way.

Seeing It Built Properly, Once

The campaign built live, sitting turned off in the ad account

Built live in my ad account, on my login. Nothing gets built on yours and nobody asks you for access to anything.

A file with no context around it is worth a lot less than a file you watched get made. You'll see what goes in it and why, where the weak parts show up, and what I kill on the spot. That's the part you can't download.

Can't make it live?

Buy the seat anyway. You get the recording for seven days and the agent file comes with it, so missing Tuesday costs you the room and the questions, not the thing you paid for.

The Shift

Most Owners Ask AI For Advice. A Few Have It Build The Thing

01

You've typed a question into a chat window and gotten back a decent answer. Then you closed the tab and nothing in your business was any different.

02

That's the ceiling on advice. Somebody still has to go do it, and that somebody is you, at ten at night, after a full day.

The tool in the middle Claude
Code

Not a chat window handing you homework. It reaches into a real ad account and builds, and it waits for a person to say yes before anything moves.

03

An agent isn't a robot and it isn't a chatbot. It's a text file with instructions in it, written in plain English, telling Claude how to do one job the way you'd want it done. Think about training a new hire:

  • You tell them what your business does and where
  • You tell them what a good lead looks like and what you'll pay for one
  • You tell them what to never say
  • Then you let them work, and you check it

The difference is you write it down once, it doesn't forget, and it doesn't quit on you in March.

04

Here's the part that matters to you. If you sell an appointment, an estimate, or a signed job, the agent is the same. What changes is what you feed it, and I'll show you exactly where that goes. Dental practices, commercial cleaners, bookkeepers and roofers all put different answers in the same five slots.

The reason people think this is complicated is that everybody selling it wants you to think that.

Tonight You Watch One Get Made, Start To Finish

Tyrone Sims teaching the workshop

"Everybody selling this wants you to think it's complicated. It's a text file."

The thing I say about ten minutes into every one of these, right before I open an empty folder.

Why Claude Code

What You're Actually Watching Get Built

And why it isn't the AI writing tool you already tried

Most people have asked AI to write an ad. That's not this. Claude Code works inside a real ad account, so it doesn't hand you a suggestion to go implement somewhere. It builds the thing and then waits for a person to approve it. Six plain answers about what you're watching.

01

It's a text file, not a robot

Instructions in plain English that tell Claude how to do one job. You'll see every word I type. If any of it looks like code, put a question mark in the chat and I'll stop.

02

It gets built in my account, not yours

My laptop and my ad account, on my login. There's no dashboard I'm about to rent you and no access I need from you. You're watching, so there's nothing on your end that can break.

03

It writes real ads, and some of them are bad

It comes out fast, not perfect. I'll read a good one, then read a weak one and tell you why it's weak before I kill it. Fifteen years in the business is what tells you the second ad was garbage.

04

Everything it builds lands turned off

Every campaign, every ad, switched off. Nothing spends a cent until a person flips a switch, and that person is never the agent.

05

It proposes and you approve

When it wants to change something it tells you what it wants to do and why, then it waits. You'll watch me type the one sentence that makes that true.

06

The file is yours at the end

I hand it over during the session and it doesn't run through me afterward. To use it you'll need your own Claude plan, twenty to a hundred a month, paid to Anthropic.

You'll watch the whole build happen from an empty folder, so the question stops being whether this is real and starts being whether you want the rest of the machine it plugs into.
The Rundown

What Happens In The Room

The order I build it in, and what you'll understand by the time each piece is done

Part One · First 10 minutes

What this thing actually is

The Mystery Dies Early

People think an agent is complicated because the people selling it need them to. Before I build anything, I'll show you what it really is, and I'll answer the two questions everybody in the room is already thinking.

Segment 1: An agent, in plain English

It's a text file. That's genuinely it. Instructions written the way you'd explain a job to a new hire, except you only write them once.

Segment 2: "I'm not a computer guy"

Fair. What you're really asking is whether you're about to watch an hour of stuff you don't understand and feel dumb. I don't write code either. I type what I want in plain English and it gets made, and you'll see every word.

What you'll walk away with
  • A straight answer on what an agent is and isn't
  • The reason this feels complicated when it isn't
  • Zero pressure to keep up, because you're not building anything
Part Two · Next 8 minutes

The five things it has to know

Get These Wrong And Everything After Is Wrong

An agent that doesn't know your business writes ads that sound like everybody else's ads. That's most of what you scroll past. So before I type a single instruction, five questions get answered out loud.

Segment 3: The five answers

What you sell and how far you'll travel to do it. What a job is worth to you on average. What you'll pay for a booked appointment, which is not the same as what you'll pay for a lead. Your offer, meaning the reason somebody calls today instead of next spring. And the lines you'll never cross.

Segment 4: The one number most owners guess at

Average ticket. Everything else hangs off it. If a job is worth eight hundred, a forty dollar lead is fine. If it's worth eleven thousand, a forty dollar lead is a bargain you should be buying more of.

Segment 5: When your industry changes the rules

Dental, medical, legal, money and insurance have information that can't go back to the platform, and the standard setup everybody teaches is how people lose an ad account. I write that line into the agent live so you can see where it goes.

What you'll walk away with
  • The five answers your own agent will need
  • A real read on whether you know your average ticket
  • The one line that keeps a restricted industry out of trouble
Part Three · Next 14 minutes · Built live from an empty folder

Watch it get built

No Demo, No Recording, No Trick

This is the longest stretch of the night and the reason you paid. I show you an empty folder with nothing in it, then I type what I want in normal sentences until there's a working agent. Then I point it at a real ad account and let it go.

What gets built, live, from nothing
  1. 00:00 An empty folder. I show you it's empty
  2. ~03 Pass one, what it needs to know about the business
  3. ~06 Pass two, what it's allowed to do and what it can never do
  4. ~09 Pass three, what a real lead is and what we'll pay for one
  5. ~11 It writes real ads. I read a good one, then kill a weak one out loud
  6. ~14 It builds a real campaign in a real ad account, every piece of it turned off

Nothing gets built on your accounts and nobody asks you for a login. You're watching it happen on mine, which is the point. Building your own is what the group is for, and I'll say so at the end.

Segment 6: Built for somebody real

I don't build for a made up company. Put your business and your city in the chat and I'll pick one, and that's what tonight's agent gets built around. Everybody takes the same file home either way.

Segment 7: The part nobody shows you

It doesn't come out perfect. It comes out fast, and then you use your judgment, which is the thing you've got that it doesn't. I'll show you that on camera instead of pretending it doesn't happen.

What you'll walk away with
  • The whole build watched end to end, from empty folder to working agent
  • A real campaign built in a real ad account, sitting there turned off
  • A clear picture of where your own answers would go
Part Four · Last 10 minutes

The guardrail, then your file

What Stops It Doing Something Dumb With Your Money

Somebody always asks the same question, and they should. Then I hand over the file and tell you two honest things about it before you go.

Segment 8: It proposes, you approve

The agent reads and it writes, but it never decides. Everything it built came out paused. When it wants to move a budget it tells you what it wants to do and why, then it waits on you. That's one sentence in a text file, and you'll watch me type it.

Segment 9: What it can't do

It can't tell you your offer is weak, and it'll write beautiful ads for a bad offer all night long. It can't fix your tracking either, so if your account says forty leads and your phone rang six times, it believes the forty. The last one is the big one. It can't close anybody. It gets the phone to ring, and what happens after that is you.

Segment 10: The handover

The file goes in the chat and you grab it while I'm still on. Then two straight answers: you'll need your own Claude plan to run it, and it's set up for the business we built it around, so you'll swap in your own five answers.

What you'll walk away with
  • The agent file, in your hands, before the session ends
  • The one line that keeps it from spending money on its own
  • An honest list of what it won't do for you

The last stretch is questions, plus one mention of the group I run. Once, at the end. The workshop stands on its own either way.

Who's Teaching

Somebody who ran a service business before he ran ads for them

Tyrone Sims

Founder, Green Owl Systems · "Tyrone, the AI Guy"

I didn't come at this from marketing. I ran a service business for fifteen years first, so I know what it's like to watch a slow month coming and not be able to do anything about it.

Then I spent the next ten years building lead systems and put more than five million dollars through ad accounts doing it. You don't spend that much without watching a whole lot of it go in the trash. Most of what I'm going to build came out of the part that got wasted.

These days I run my whole marketing operation by myself, no employees. The reason I can do that alone is sitting in a folder on this laptop, and you're about to watch me make another one.

Being straight with you about what these are. These are owners I built lead systems for, talking about that work. They're not workshop reviews. The workshop is new and I'm not going to fake reviews for it. I'll also tell you that most of the people I've done this for are in the trades, so if you want to see somebody in your exact business on camera, I can't show you that in every category yet. What these tell you is whether the person teaching it has actually done the thing.

The Math On This Is Not Close

$97 onceAll in. One session, one working agent, and the file is yours.
$2,000 to $5,000 a monthWhat it costs to have somebody build and run Meta for you. Every month, forever.

You're not buying a training. You're buying a working agent, plus the hour where you watch it get made properly by somebody who has done it hundreds of times. A file with no context around it is worth a lot less than a file you watched get built. And the agency version of this bills you every month for something you never end up owning.

Is This For You?

This workshop was built for owners who want to see it before they believe it.

This IS for you if:

  • You run a service business and the service itself already works.
  • If you sell an appointment, an estimate, or a signed job, this is built for you.
  • Your lead flow is unpredictable and nobody can tell you why.
  • You'd rather watch something get built than read about it.
  • You're fine paying Anthropic twenty to a hundred a month to run the file yourself.
  • You want to own what gets made instead of renting it from an agency.

This is NOT for you if:

  • You want to build along on your own laptop tonight. You won't be, and that's on purpose.
  • You want somebody to run all of it for you and never look at it.
  • You want a guarantee of a certain number of leads. Nobody can honestly give you that.
  • Your service itself isn't working yet. Fix that first.
  • You're not willing to have your own Claude plan afterward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Before You Register
Do I need to be technical?

No. You're watching. Nothing gets installed on your computer and you won't type a line of code. If anything on my screen looks like code, put a question mark in the chat and I'll stop and explain it.

Do I need an ad account?

No. The build happens in my account, on my login. That used to be a requirement and it isn't anymore, which means there's nothing for you to have ready.

What do I need to run the file afterward?

Your own Claude Code plan. It runs twenty to a hundred dollars a month depending on how much you use it, and it goes to Anthropic, not to me. I'd rather say that here than have you find out after you've paid.

The Workshop
What's the format?

Live on Zoom, about 75 minutes, Tuesday and Thursday nights at 8:00 PM Eastern. Capped at 100 seats so I can actually get to the chat.

Will I be building along?

No, and that's deliberate. Nothing to install and nothing to keep up with, so there's no way to fall behind. You watch, and at the end I hand you the file I just made. Building your own machine is what the group is for, and I'll mention it once at the end.

What if I can't make it live?

You still get the file. The recording is yours for seven days and the agent file goes out with it, so buy the seat even if you already know Tuesday is a problem. Live is better, because you can put your business in the chat and possibly watch the whole thing get built around it. What you'd miss is the room, not the deliverable.

After You Register
What happens right after I pay?

A confirmation email with the Zoom link and your session time. Nothing to chase and nothing to set up.

Is there an upsell at checkout?

No. The $97 is the whole thing. There's no VIP tier and no bump on the order form. At the end of the workshop I'll tell you about the group I run, once, and you're free to ignore it.

Is there a refund?

No. You leave with the file, handed over during the session, so there's nothing to refund against. That's the honest version. Most people offering you a guarantee at this price are hoping you forget to use it.

You've Read About This Enough. Go Watch One Get Made

Reading about an agent doesn't tell you much. You still don't know what goes into one, or what it spits out that somebody with fifteen years in this business would throw straight in the bin. An hour of watching answers that, and you don't have to take a single note because the file is yours.

An empty folder at eight o'clock, and a working Meta ads agent in your hands by nine fifteen

At the end I'll mention the group where people build the whole machine in their own accounts. Once, at the end. The workshop stands on its own either way.
